Sahar Ahangari, MSc

Sahar Ahangari is a PhD candidate in biomedical imaging and medical physics at University of Copenhagen, Denmark. Her research focuses on using multiparametric PET/MRI. She has a Bachelor of Physics from Amirkabir University of Technology and an MSc in Medical Physics from Tehran University of Medical Science with focusing on optimizing oncological PET/CT imaging protocol. Before undertaking doctoral studies, she worked as a Research Assistant for nearly one year. She is currently a member of the HYBRID consortium and mainly works on getting one step closer toward integrating PET/MRI imaging for Radiation treatment planning.
