HYBRID is a great opportunity to collaborate with early stage and senior researches in the medical imaging field.
Prateek Katiyar, PhD
Prateek Katiyar is a post-doctoral research scientist at Werner Siemens Imaging Center, University of Tübingen, Germany. He is interested in developing machine learning methods for multi-modality datasets that may differ in their intrinsic dimensionality and capture complementary properties of a common domain.
Previously, he did his PhD research in machine learning and medical imaging at Werner Siemens Imaging Center and Max Planck Institute for Intelligent Systems, Tübingen, Germany. His doctoral work focused on estimating spatio-temporal tissue heterogeneity within tumors using various machine learning techniques applied on multi-parametric Positron Emission Tomography and Magnetic Resonance Imaging datasets.
