Mahmood Nazari, MSc

Mahmood is a PhD student at Bioinformatic TU Dresden and a researcher at ABXCRO Dresden, Germany. He studied Engineering Physic with focus on Complexity Science at Chalmers university and Computer System Engineering with focus on Computer Network Engineering during his Master degrees in Sweden. His PhD project in HYBRID is focused on optimization of internal radiation therapy using Artificial Intelligence/Deep Learning. In his research, Mahmood uses medical images to train his algorithms to segment human organs and to calculate and adjust the radiation dose in order to increase the impact of the internal cancer treatment.
